The Ministry of Exodar

Any new recruits into the Ministry will receive this rank. They will be evaluated in approximately 1 weeks time based on playtime, performance & contributions to guild bank. If they don't meet the criteria, they will be re-evaluated every week.

Next Rank: Level 20

This rank grants no special permissions.

If they passed the 1st week evaluation and so on, they will be promoted to this rank. This rank has access to one stack of item per day from the 1st bank tab that i potions and so on. From now on, they will be evaluated again based on performance & contributions. And depending on their current level, only level 20 & above will hold this rank.


Next Rank: Level 30

This rank grants the Trusted User Role.

This is a special class rank for any members who has shown great performance & contribution to the Ministry. Any ranks from here on will have to go through thorough evaluation & then through recommendations from Ministers, if they were to go higher up in ranks. (officer status).


Next Rank: Level 30

This rank grants the Trusted User Role.

This rank is the official rank for any players that has been proven and been deemed 'WORTHY' of being a MEMBER of the Ministry. Thy are the backbone of the Ministry and plays a supporting role in Raids.

This rank can recruit and terminate players.

Next Rank: Level 40

This rank grants the Trusted User Role.

Cabinet Members are to assist the Deputy Ministers & Ministers whenever they are needed. They primary role is to post any opinions that are crucial to the ground people like the Members, Supporters & Associate ranks on the site.

This rank can recruit and terminate players.

Next Rank: Level 60 & above

This rank grants the Trusted User Role.

Deputy Ministers are second in command to the Ministers. Every decision they make has to go through one or more of the Deputy Ministers within a particular Unit.
Their job is basically to assist the Ministers in day to day affairs within the Ministry.

This rank can recruit and terminate players.

This rank grants the Moderator Role.

Ministers bear great responsibilities to those under their charge. They are a special group of players that have vast knowledge bout WOW, and they have superior LEADERSHIP qualities and most of all PATIENCE. This rank is unattainable unless the one holding this rank is told to leave/left the Ministry. Then the next lower ranking officer will replace the Unit Commanders slot.

This rank can recruit and terminate players.

Ministers are also responsible for distributing their men accordingly into the various 5 men group when doing RAIDS.

This rank grants the Moderator Role.

The role of the secretary is to try and resolve issues between members and liase with players having issues not within our own Ministry. Acting as a third party, the secretary's job is also to do administrative duties for the President & give heed and advice to members.

This rank can recruit and terminate players.

This rank grants the Admin Role.

Acting as a substitute when the President isn't around, the Vice-President will try as best as he could to answer and help the guild and members. Also as a 2nd person in charge, he is responsible for tough decisions which the President can't come a conclusion to.

This rank grants the Admin Role.

The President's Duties are as follows:

1)Build a rapport with fellow members of the guild and try to get as many as possible to be involved in Guild activities such as raids, dungeons & instances and even some minor quests involving groups.

2)Maintain and build up resources in guild bank such as items and gold. To lend out small loans to members, if need to.

3)Recruit and persuade players from solo ones to those with a guild to join the Ministry. To scout and look out for capable and potential players that would be beneficial to the guild.

4)Try to answer questions by members if need be, try to resolve conflicts and assess a situation and come up with a possible solution to it. And helping out members in dire need of help of course.

5)Updating of the website.

6)try to make weekly assessments on members so as to give out appropriate ranks as per member's performance.
