There are a number of issues that we need to settle regarding the specific duties & what-you-must-do for differing Classes.

Maybe I will add in more guides from sources all over to train our players like what is a Warrior should do when they are the tankers & so on.

And point to note, each individual Class Commanders are to also try and help out and guide their respective people under their charge. This is important regarding to doing some instances as a guild, we need to know the roles and reponsibilities of each and every individual players and their Classes.
